Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Send us a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return shipment required.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and once accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds Once your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at zwarehouses0313@yahoo.com.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
